THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABOVE AND BEYOND THAT, THEY CHARGE MORE IN FEES THAN ANYONE ELSE.

I strongly recommend you do not do business with this company we was a loyal customer for several years when we sold our business we have tried to cancel and they continue to charge us even after the said it was canceled I have turned them into BBB

Absolute Liars, don't fall in the sales trap where they claim- no card processing fees, no monthly subscription fees, no charges from the company. but fact of the matter is if you take a Clover POS from them you might land up paying hundreds of dolors every month and an exorbitant card processing fees too. cherry on the cake is that if you tell them to terminate the contract they will charge you a minimum of couple thousand dollors before terminating the contract. on top of it you even have to return the POS machine to them. So you paid thousands and POS Machine is still theirs. Great Deal.Its't it?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wholesale Payments.

My business had an account with them, and after our relationship ended, I found myself dealing with a collection account that was reported to the credit bureaus. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I ultimately paid the balance in full simply to protect my personal credit and move forward.

As a small business owner, I believe companies should work with their customers to resolve disputes fairly and professionally. Instead, I felt that protecting my credit left me with little choice but to pay the balance.

The financial amount wasn't the biggest issue—it was the way the situation was handled and the impact it had on my personal credit.

I encourage other business owners to read the contract carefully, understand all cancellation terms and fees, and document every communication. My experience was frustrating, and I hope others have a better one than I did.
