I was a little leery with the lack of reviews as well as two bad reviews, but I decided to give it a shot. I had a great experience buying a gallon of bulk eczema cream. I received it much quicker than expected, with very transparent processing/tracking. The product was of great quality and is significantly cheaper than buying smaller quantities multiple times a year.
I received my order but they sent the wrong items. When I tried to contact them by email, as that is the only way it seems to communicate with them. I sent 5 different emails and got 0 response.
Can't do business with a company that wont communicate with you. I just glad I only ordered samples
I didn’t have an issue with the hair care products purchased from this company but I had an issue recently with the mockups I received for my products, that did not resemble nor were synonymous with what my product bottles looked like at first. So After several attempts of working with the company I did not get the type or quality pictures I desired for my brand and therefore I decided to hire a different company that actually does product photography and so I contacted the company, asked for a refund and explained why. The employee said it was not up to her she had to contact the owner. Three days passed since I requested the refund so I reached out to customer support which said that Valerie the owner would contact me and so I asked for a turnaround time and was told that they couldn’t give me one!
So after hearing that I initiated the refund process through my bank on my own.
When I finally received the callback,10 days later, I spoke with Valerie Rowan,
President/Owner, about my refund. I tried to give her feedback about my experience, that she could have used to improve her company, but instead this just made her more angry, rude and down right disgustingly disrespectful! Valarie became confrontational and was unprofessional, towards me regarding the entire matter.
During our conversation she told me she would have given me the refund and displayed her anger with me for contacting my bank to initiate it because of what her staff told me! Valarie told me she would have given me the refund at first then angrily complained about getting a charge back from Shopify! So then I asked her so then why won’t you just refund me then?She then contradicted herself and said that she was not going to give me the refund and she would just let the bank process take place and that she would just tell them I was Unhappy with what I received! I could not believe what I was hearing and how aggressive she was towards me! I’m just glad the entire conversation was on my business line and was recorded for quality assurance. I got my transcript and took it to my bank and added it to my claim and played the recording to the banker,Unbelievable! If I could upload the recording to this platform I would!
