When we raised the issue, they pointed to a USPS tracking number as supposed proof of delivery, completely ignoring the fact that the actual products were never inside the shipment. After we formally escalated the matter and threatened regulatory complaints, they responded that they were opening a USPS investigation and an internal warehouse review, as if they didn't know what they did. This is not a fulfillment error. This is fraud. We are currently in the process of filing formal complaints with the FTC, the Florida Attorney General's Office, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Do not wire or ACH transfer funds to this merchant under any circumstances.
