Good experience
I think the shipping time was reasonable and safe. The packaging of the products were slightly unaesthetic. Everything came in tact. The only big issue is the shipping cost. It prevents me from buying from the website often.

disappointed
I was a bit disappointed with the fragrance oils I received. The aroma was quite weak, and when I used them to make body oils, the scent faded almost completely. I really wanted to love these, but they didn’t perform as expected.

Great Smelling!Long Lasting!
I ordered 9 different fragrances, all were very very close to original fragrances. Last at least 8hrs, projection is really well when body temperature warms up. Great prices! Highly recommended!

The oil is great however I don't like the fact that you have a shipping cost I think that if you buy a certain amount shipping should be free and also for the value customers should not have to pay for samples I will buy a lot more if I didn't have to pay for the samples.

The $0.95 sample charge is a reasonable fee for the large size of our samples. Additionally, we offer five free samples by request with any order over $100 in product value.

We’d like to clarify that our oils are made with the same formulas and high-quality ingredients that we’ve used for over 27 years. While we understand that fragrance is highly subjective, customer feedback does not always indicate an issue with the product itself. Often, what may seem like a change in scent can be attributed to user preferences or external factors.
We have not made any significant changes to our fragrances since 2020, aside from minor adjustments to comply with IFRA regulations.
