Had really disappointing donuts, it was clear that something was missing as they tasted nothing like the description. So I emailed the company and never got a reply. Horrible customer service. For the price charged for pre-made doughnuts (they're made who knows how long ahead of time and then decorated) the least you could do is reply to a customer query.
Courtney and Jon amazing customer service. Love to chat with them. Went in to Cardiff Royal arcade this morning. I went into whocult for a coffee and l had the best experience. Courtney and Jon made me feel welcome and the service was great. Will definitely go back with a few friends on my next visit. The shops is lovely and clean
Asked for allergen and ingredient information and they said they couldn’t provide this as the donuts are shipped in from a factory. They give the impression they are made and baked on site so misleading. The answer I got was ‘you’re better off not buying one’ resulting in a very upset child watching his friends have donuts and once again missing out due to his allergies. Worrying that vendors can’t tell you what’s in their products. Asked to speak to management who I was told would contact me but heard nothing. Would not recommend to anyone.
