Partial answers, broken import, and incomplete automation
I purchased the Hetzner Servers for WISECP plugin and encountered serious technical issues within just a few days:
Import only works with a single category.
The system functions exclusively under the category name “Dedicated Servers.” If a different category name is used, the import completely fails. This makes the module unusable for setups involving multiple languages or country-specific categories.
Multilingual support is broken.
After import, the main product record is created, but no products_lang entries are added for other languages. As a result, the product doesn’t appear in the admin panel, and the edit page shows a white screen.
This could easily be fixed by adding a simple insert statement, yet support did not provide a permanent solution and instead suggested “adding manually.”
Currency conversion is completely missing.
A product priced at €41 is imported as ₺51, meaning there is no basic exchange-rate calculation or conversion logic.
This is a fundamental feature for any billing-related module, and its absence makes the pricing system unreliable.
Responses are incomplete and superficial.
In every support ticket, I asked several (often 3–4) technical questions. Typically, only one received a clear answer; the rest were skipped or brushed off with vague replies. No technical explanation or concrete fix was ever provided.
No lifecycle automation.
When market servers expire, they are not automatically removed by cron; manual deletion is required. That’s an odd omission for a system intended to automate hosting operations.
Support mentioned they will rebuild the module once WISECP v5 is released.
However, WISECP 5 has been “coming soon” for almost two years, with no confirmed release date.
I purchased this plugin to use it now, not at some unknown future point. A product sold today should function correctly today.
Conclusion:
The plugin has potential but feels unfinished.
With a broken import process, missing multilingual and currency logic, and lack of automation, it’s not ready for professional use.
These issues should be fixed in the current version rather than postponed to a future update.

Ignorant support team sends texts to landlines
The support SUCKS.
