Provided a quote quickly and Paul responded quickly to many questions throughout the process.
The team in the day were brilliant. Arrived in time, were friendly and fast and had the vans loaded quickly.
They were patient whilst we had to wait for our new keys and had us unloaded even quicker than it took to load as they sent extra bodies!

Paul was fantastic and very accommodating with our booking as we ran in to a few issues with our chain. On moving day itself the team were great, a friendly bunch of lads and very organised resulting in the move running smoothly. Big thanks to Bailey and the rest of the team. Highly recommended.

What a great team everyone made our move from Birstall to Alnwick stress free! Ours was a 3-day move; Bailey, Jay and Graham arrived the first day and packed up our whole house, stored it overnight and then returned the following morning for our last few things. Bailey kept us both calm whilst we waited for the monies to go through and the keys to arrive. He and Sammy worked really hard to unpack as much as possible on the first afternoon and returned the following morning to complete our move. Everything was carefully packed and transported and Paul and Hannah made the admin process easy and always responded to our emails and calls quickly. We have already recommended them to all our friends and family they are an exceptional team, cheerful throughout and nothing phased them.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, had availability at short notice, really efficient and friendly team. Then bailed us out of a difficult situation by storing our stuff overnight and returning the next day due to seller not vacating the property in time. Fantastic service from start to finish.

We recently moved house from Garforth to Sherburn in Elmet. White Rose Removals were suggested to us by another company who were unable to accommodate us on our move date. We were so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the crew of Ben, Sam & Jay. They were friendly, patient and respectful. They arrived on time and the move went exceptionally smoothly. Great experience - quick to attend and quote received super fast. Great communication throughout with Paul and Hannah in the office. Fab group of lads that attended to pack and take to storage - respectful but good fun and always positive! Super helpful with everything and a small mishap with a piano was fixed half an hour later by another smiley friendly crew! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant set of Lads, arrived early and work really hard getting thr van loaded up. Put down thick matting to protect the carpets at both ends and protected all the furniture from damage in transit. And when there were delays picking up the keys...they were really patient and worked massively hard late in the day to get the move completed. Excellent company. Thankyou

White Rose were recommended to us by family who moved recently, and I'm delighted that we heard about them because they were absolutely brilliant. Our moving date was very up in the air but Paul was able to accommodated us anyway, even though in the end it was at quite short notice. The lads who came on the day: Bailey, Sammy, Jay and Fergus were all fantastic. Moving is stressful, but I actually enjoyed the day of the move enormously because they were so cheerful and friendly. They worked extremely hard and nothing was too much trouble. In future I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

Great service from start to finish.
Bailey and his team arrived promptly at 8am and were finished loading by 12:30.
Delays in receiving our keys meant they were only able to offload our bed and a few essentials but they returned early the next day and finished unloading, with a long carry up 2 flights and only a small lift. They were done in 3 hours.

Incredible service throughout from booking and survey through to move and afterwards. Genuine people who will do all they can to make things easier for you at what is otherwise a pretty stressful time. Very easy to get hold of, careful, and incredibly efficient.

We moved using white rose removals yesterday and couldn’t fault their service. From booking a valuation untill the last box was delivered to the last room the service was seamless.

If I could give it more stars I would. Paul came and quoted and kept in touch to see where I was up to in the process. Really friendly and polite. The guys on the actual move day were phenomenal. They made the day go smoothly. They kept touching base to make sure I was happy with everything. They were all very polite and well mannered but we had some good banter. I can’t recommend this company enough.
