As an architect, I’m involved in a lot of renovation projects and really like Whitehall Flagstones for their muted, earthy colours and natural, textured finishes.

Richard and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the right stone, which is important when flooring can have such a big impact on the feel of a room.

We found White Hall online as we were looking for a tile for our renovation project. The choice and styles worked particularly well for our period home. Also Richard, the owner offered to visit us with some full size samples when he was down visiting other customers in London. That was really helpful to see a larger sample in-situ which is why we eventually chose the Abbey Limestone. We love the floor and would definitely recommend them to our friends!

I had the Provence Antique for our Victorian cottage and I absolutely love it. It has a vintage look to it without looking too old or too new, and suits the character and the age of the cottage perfectly. I spoke to a few people in the office who were all particularly friendly and helpful , especially Rich, who was the person who looked after me. From the start of ordering samples through understanding the shipping process, Jayne could not have been more helpful. As a US based customer I was apprehensive about ordering a large quantity of flagstone from the UK. The flagstones we ordered were superior to similar US products in both price and the finished look. Crating of the product was outstanding. We had but one chipped tile. The quality of the stone and the ordering process were so fantastic that we visited the showroom on a recent trip to the UK. I can not stress how great the staff is and how easy they made the whole process. I would absolutely recommend White Hall Flagstones and would absolutely order from them again.

I have bought both flagstone and oak flooring from White Hall Flagstones over the last 5 years for 2 houses and 5 holiday lets. The products are top quality and look amazing, the service was friendly, efficient and personal. I have friends who have also bought from them on seeing my floors and on my recommendation. I recently had a nasty orange stain on the flag stones and they helped/advised me how to get rid of it, and it worked. Excellent value and will use them again and again!

Good choice of natural stone and oak which are ideal for character and country properties, easy to deal with sales and delivery team from trade and customer perspective.
