THE WAREHOUSE GYM Omdömen 

Worst gym I've ever used, not only does it clearly state on the Internet they do weekly passes for ten pounds and despite the fact the first staff member I spoke with confirmed this magically it's suddenly over seventeen.

Was told train and sort it out later, five minutes I to the set I'm collected lime a shop lifter and have to leave the gym, cheers for ruining that for me.

I'd rather train an hour away than deal with staff like that, and get 10.99 off the Internet, it's misleading.

Excellent gym, I have been around boxing and gyms all of my life and I would like to thank James Salter, the staff and especially Hayley Harris in particular for the welcome that was extended to Myself and my Son in allowing us to use the gym and boxing area which is stocked with excellent equipment.

I was also impressed with coaching staff who were all very experienced and accommodating.

Having recently relocated down west James offered to support my son with the Warehouse Boxing gym facilities which we greatly appreciated and this just shows the support that James and his team at the Warehouse Gym do in supporting the boxing community across Wales, I will in no doubt be using the other faculties at the Warehouse Gym myself.

This is my FIRST ever review for any comapny on Trust Pilot. I joined the the gym on 22/11/25, paying $1880 AED for a 3month membership I was made redundant on the 27/11/25. I went to the team on the 28th explained my situation and having never used the facilities would they be able to make a refund. It is now the 20/02/26 after more emails and document request than required for a mortagage

And these exorbitant charges:

3-Month Premium Membership (Original Rate): AED 1,888 / 3 months = AED 629.33
Amount paid: AED 1,510
Notice deduction: AED 1,510 – 629.33 = AED 880.67
Cancellation fee: AED 208.95
Refund amount: AED 880.67 – 208.95 = AED 671.72
Total amount to be refunded: AED 671.72.

I am yet to recieve any refund at all. As I say FIRST time for a trust pilot review. It is frankly disgusting and has become the principal of the matter.

So what do say WHG, you going to refund this small amount EVER !!!

Great gym , lots of equipment and a good price.

Great team, amazing facilities. You can train, tan and relax all in the same space.

Warehouse Gym is the best. They have great variety of classes, from Pilates, CrossFit to GRIT.GRIT is amazing, and a great variety of work out, and they arrange an incredible once a year GRIT Games, challenging and fun. Also have a number of locations, and I use Springs, and Jumeirah Park - so I like the flexibility. Reception team are so helpful.

Great place, loads of options, mega staff and solid community vibe. Since joining I have persuaded my son and 3 other friends to join. They all love it too.

The gym is overcrowded at least during the hours that I had been visiting. I had to wait up to 35 minutes for a treadmill to be available and 10-15 minutes each time for a bench to be free. Occasionally I had to debate with other persons on who's turn is next. I requested for a refund but they refused to provide one. I raised a complaint with the consumer rights organization. Very unprofessional approach from management.

Think twice before joining
Old Members should be respected and treated well, am a member at warehouse al quoz branch for a year now , i wanted to renew my membership to the science park but unfortunately i can't do a one day pass to try the gym , i should pay money which doesn't make since sine all the other gyms can give 3 days for free
Angel and Frank they don't care if am an old member or not pay or leave
I don't know what to expect more if they treated from the first day like this
Location and quality is not everything

يجب احترام الأعضاء القدامى ومعاملتهم معاملة حسنة. أنا عضو في فرع القوز من سنة وأريد اجدد عضويتي في حديقة العلوم، لكن للأسف ما يبون يعطوني الحصول على تذكرة دخول ليوم واحد لتجربة الصالة الرياضية. عليّ دفع مبلغ يساوي اكثر من اشتراك اليوم اصلا لأن جميع الصالات الرياضية الأخرى تُقدّم ثلاثة أيام مجانًا.

Best gym I’ve been too! Has everything you Need and hreat experience

I went there, trained, it was a professional gym, and I also used the ice bath. It was a great experience.

Only issue is the internet connection at this place. In todays digital age, its quite astonishing for a regional player like WHG to not invest in their IT offerings for their clients. Every time a member goes to the gym, they need to login to wifi manually ( no device recognition). At times even mutiple times during a visit

I loved my experience at this gym. Friendly staff, lots of equipment so no waiting around for machines, and a motivating atmosphere! I’ll be back.

The owner of the gym is transphobic. He posts about being transphobic, equating the use of pronouns to schizophrenia - as if both are bad. Do not go here. It is not a safe place for queer and neurodivergent people and their allies in any capacity. If this gym is supposed to only be for straight, cis, abled bodied and neurodivergent membership, then so be it. Nazi.

WHGYM Al Quoz is so good, featuring modern facilities, a welcoming vibe, and top-notch equipment. Their smoothie bar has the most delicious and nutritious options, perfect for a post-workout refreshment.
