I have recently had a very positive experience with the company called Wheels4Sure, which is specialised in car leasing for people with all credit scores and also helps someone to rebuild their credit score. I have been assisted very professionally in all steps of leasing the car. I have leased a brand new car, which was delivered to me in really immaculate conditions and I am very happy with it. What can I say? So I applied for a couple of car finances through different companies a year back. After knock back and knock back i was recommended this company by Cory. I was put through to Marcus at W4S and within a week was put in a 65 corsa to build my credit up. My credit score is absolutely ruined by stupid past mistakes and no where else would even consider. I honestly never thought it would be possible to lease a new car even a 65 plate at that! Marcus was clear and made the process very easy. It took a few hiccups with verifying employment etc but this was easily sorted. Yes they do ask for extra documents that prehaps usual companies wouldn't require but this is to be expected with poor credit. After 12 months of payments to W4S I have been put in a 19 plate clio last week. Im absolutely thrilled with the car i cannot believe im driving round in a brand new car and the bonus is it will greatly improve my credit over the next three years. I was contacted 3 months prior to my 12 month lease being up with my Corsa, again Marcus made the process simple and easy! They even delivered my car after three hours of driving as it came from Kent. I honestly couldn't fault this guy hes an absolute legend and goes above and beyond! He definitely does more than expected.
Im not saying they can help everybody but be sure they will go out of their way to try!!

I have been leasing with this company since 2013, in the beginning all was well and dealt with by both Henrietta and Michael. An introductory to meet the team and ask questions in person prior to taking out a lease was also arranged which i thought was really good. Unfortunately Henrietta left and I've been liaising with Michael on my second lease with Wheels4sure. Even though there was a mix up in handover, deposit fees and arrangement of taking out a new lease in 2016 (my second lease) Michael sorted this out.

Since then i have to say the rest of the team has been unempathetic towards me. I truly believe Colette had a rude attitude towards me and
was unacceptable and to be honest i did not feel comfortable in liasing with her. I also did not like the way she lied about certain issues on how they were dealt with and how she ignored my emails when i responded back, however she claimed there was lack of communication from myself.

Not only have i written to management and express my concerns regarding of recent events i did not get a response back from themselves but a verbal pass on message to Michael to myself which was also rude and clearly showed lack of interest. There was no phone call/email from management nor was there a discussion to talk about issues raised.

Even though my lease has not been extended, i cannot fault the company as a whole but some of the staff who i have mentioned above are rude, showed lack of customer service skills and really do not care about others but themselves/business. My understanding of "Wheels4sure" advertisements was to help people who have had credit issues in the past and to be able to allow for financing and second chances based on current situations, I do not believe this is true from what i had experience.

I have also read previous reviews on how they like to just take your money from deposits and scam people of false stratches/body work and giving hefty bills to customers. I'm due to give back the car on Monday the 11th November 2019. I will be taking pictures and video recording incase this happens to me and i will also be intrigued at what my deposit of £300 i paid for in December 2016 for a new lease would be used for, or if it will be returned back.

Overall wheels4sure are a good company. Michael is a really good member of the team and would also like to thank him for his support during the last 6 years. However some staff just need to brush up on their customer service, communication, and LISTENING skills and have more empathy towards individuals and stop treating customers as a business objective but instead, a human being.

Micheal was great. So efficent replied promptly to every question i had. No problems on handover he had everything in place on our arrival for our new car. Would definetly recommend

Michael was excellent and communicated with me throughout every step of the process. I got documents when he said he would send them and the car was delivered within a good timeframe. The delivery man was so lovely and talked me through everything I needed.

Listen......best company ever!!! I had been driving around my mums car for the last 9 years and was at the point were i was tired of being made to be a taxi service because i was driving around mothers car!
Cut a long story short my credit was non existent an i needed a car within the next few weeks......applied to wheels4sure and by the end of the month i was going to pick up my car.....I WAS EXCITEDDDDDD got my own wheels and now i can go were i want when i want! Marcus, Micheal and John were amazing and i could not fault them at all!

This is my third brand new car from Wheels4Sure and I wouldn’t consider leasing a car from anywhere else. Marcus handled my application with professionalism. He was always helpful and kept me informed throughout each stage. It took only a matter of weeks from making my application to driving away in a shiny new Fiat 500.
