Is this really a scam site? I am having the exact same experience as described in the review below. I requested a withdrawal on April 5, 2026, but it was cancelled. Even though I had already completed 2-step KYC verification, I was asked to submit additional documents for account verification. So, I quickly submitted all the documents (proof of address, proof of ownership, source of funds, selfie verification). Since I received no contact, I inquired via email and chat support, but received no response. After two days, they told me that it does not take more than 72 hours from the date of document submission and that I would receive a response soon. However, 72 hours have passed, and it has still not been processed. I currently hold 4,600 Tether in my account, but I am unable to withdraw it. I will update this review once the issue is resolved.
