Turf. Good and bad
Ordered 4 pallets of turf first, then 2 pallets in a separate order. First was brilliant, and thankfully covered our most used part of the garden, has taken really well and looks great. Second was absolutely woeful. Damaged fully of stone and weed, falling apart. As per the first laid on the same day it arrived, most has taken (with weed) some has died almost immediately. Chalk and cheese. If you get the good stuff - great! Otherwise I’d avoid. Sadly it seems it’s pot luck

Expensive Delivery

I opted for Singletons because reviews of the topsoil were good however the 4 bulk bags I received contained a surprising amount of shredded plastic, bits of silicone, glass and crushed rubble...Disappointing and Not really the quality I was expecting...

Top soil order..When I telephoned to order top soil I was given the incorrect delivery cost(which turned out to be more than quoted) and was also told it would be delivered on the Friday I was asked to order online which I did once paid for I received a call from singletons telling me it was going to be delivered on the Monday of the following week!
