I saw Charlotte for one on one boxing coaching and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. She makes every session challenging but still so enjoyable. Her energy is incredible and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. I would recommend her to anyone interested in levelling up their fitness journey in any way!

Charlotte was amazing and not only helped me reach my goals but also taught me life long lessons about health and fitness. I’m now using what she taught me after having a baby recently. I highly recommend Charlotte!

The 6 week Knockout program was a fantastic kick starter for me! (And I started knowing nothing about boxing) I was able to work at my own pace, and easily fit the program into my schedule, there were adjustments that worked with my body and the accountability of the app check in's daily and Zoom meets with Charlotte are an incredible motivator.

Working with Charlotte's app and online program was the perfect answer for me, my location is super remote, Westfit / Charlotte gave me access! Charlotte is committed to health and fitness with support, laughter, ease, and consistency - she is so down to earth. I got the classic hoodie in pink and I love it! It’s so cozy and fits perfectly. The colour is a beautiful powdery pink. It holds up well in the wash too!!

There are lots of folks who are personal trainers and good at what they do Im sure. Charlotte is unique as she is… Charlotte. I have never met anyone like her. Training with her is fun, high energy, safe and you will learn, improve and get stronger and healthier. I've lifted on and off my entire life.
