Ich kann die Rezensionen über einen schlechten Kundenservice nur bestätigen. Seit Tagen erfolgt keine Reaktion auf eine E-Mail seitens Westfield wegen eines defekten Tischs.
Für einen sogenannten "Markenhersteller" ist das kein kundenfreundliches Verhalten. Hauptsache verkauft, alles Andere nebensächlich.

Habe eine Sonnenliege von Westfield. Leider ist schon nach 1 1/2 Jahren bei Hersteller-Garantie von 5 Jahren und Belastbarkeit von 140 kg ( wiege 60 kg), die Clip-Sitzflächenaufhängung gebrochen. Auf Anrufen bei der Firma, meldet sich niemand. Es gibt auch keinen AB. Danach habe ich per Mail meine Reklamation geschildert. Bisher keine Antwort.

Seit Wochen ersuche ich um eine Auskunft von Westfield. Bislang macht sich niemand die Mühe auf meine mails zu antworten.

Da wird mir ein Geburtstagsgeschenk zur Abholung an der Information hinterlegt. Was war es - eine kleine rote Kerze, wie man sie auf Kindergeburtstagstorten findet. Was eine Wertschätzung des Kunden.....

On m'a offert une carte cadeau pour Westfield Carré Sénart pour un montant de 150e, impossible de la valider sur le site. Ensuite, déménagement, problème personnel et professionnel, bref je repense à cette carte mais le délai est dépassé de 8 jours et la personne par mail et téléphone à la limite de se moquer de moi. Je sais que la date d'utilisation est dépassée mais je sais aussi que le vendeur peut prolonger la validité de la carte surtout pour un montant comme celui ci. Dommage

Westfield White City parking is too expensive especially for sub-par shops and eateries. Was £8.50, then increaeed to £12, and now £15! Avoid this place, lots of cheaper and more interesting places to go.

Rubbish shopping centre with the disaster food court specially Mrs Chew with the racist staff and dirty food.I’m sorry for British people that get treats like that.what you get in Westfield is far from standard level they should operate in third world country not uk.

Choix des magasins dans carré Sénart - super. Toujours place de parking libre quand je suis la bas.Je suis vraiment contente avec le service client sur place aussi.

I brought my daughter and her friend to Westfield during half term. They had an absolutely brilliant time doing free arts and crafts! And it wasn't just colouring in, lots of lovely quality items and super friendly staff - thank you. It was welcome to rest for me too.

terrible service，and poor communication.

A family of four, the parents and their two children, had decided to spend the day at the shopping center. They started off with a delicious breakfast at a nearby café and then made their way to the mall. The children were ecstatic as they always loved shopping with their parents.

As they walked around the mall, they discovered a new toy store and the kids couldn't resist checking it out. They spent hours in the store, trying out different toys and games, laughing and having a great time. The parents couldn't help but join in on the fun and soon, all four of them were playing together.

Next, they went to the clothing section where the kids picked out new outfits for themselves. They tried on different clothes and danced in front of the mirrors, making silly faces and having a blast. The parents were happy to see their children so happy and carefree.

After a long day of shopping and playing, they decided to sit down and relax at a nearby food court. They enjoyed some delicious food and drinks, chatted and reminisced about their day. As they walked back to their car, tired but content, the children were already talking about their next shopping trip with their parents.

The family had a truly delightful and memorable shopping experience, creating memories to last a lifetime.

Meiner Meinung nach ist das westfield Centro in Oberhausen das beste Einkaufszentrum in NRW. Die Parkplätze sind alle überdacht und sogar kostenfrei. Wirklich super ist auch die riesige Auswahl an Shops die es hier gibt. Fahre immer wieder gerne hin

I had the same experience. Order online on the 23rd Oct. Still waiting 3 weeks later. After contact the supplier, the item had been sent the following day to Westfield Direct. Westfield Direct - after waiting 1 week, said they havent received it. After waiting another week , its still in progress? excuse after excuse. Still chasing my order through their chat service, only to have the same thing said week after week. AVOID if you can, its quicker ordering direct from the supplier, rather than this third party (Westfield Direct) mob.

Placed online order 23 Oct 22. Confirmation email "We have received your order and will let you know once it has been confirmed. This can take up to 24 hours while we source your item(s). If an item is unavailable, you will not be charged for the item".

Then nothing. For a week. So now I have to chase their online no person / contact number follow-up. I could have walked interstate by now to pick up an item.

Horrible service.
