Site was easy to navigate. Everything came packaged and protected. Got exactly what I ordered. Wish there would have been a way to track it. But it only took about 5 business days. So not bad at all. Video was super helpful as well. So I would check out his videos if you have questions!

Western Equipment had exactly what i was looking for. It's online store was easy to navigate and it's suggestions based on my selections [in cart] were actually relevant. Checkout was quick and easy and my product was actually on my doorstep within the time specified. I will be shopping with Western Equipment again.

Great customer service! First of all I appreciate you having the parts available. You got the order right out. I had everything in my order but was shy one oil filter. I called & was told she would get it right out to me. Thank you so much. I can't get that cooperation even going in my local stores.
