I used to be an extremely loyal customer, having bought a couple dozen beautiful miniatures from them and promoting them at every turn. However, the owner is a complete jerk who berates and bans customers based SOLELY on his own extreme politics. When he posted another political rant to a customer thread, I stated that this wasn't a good practice and he should care about his wonderful miniatures and not politics. In response, he ranted against me, canceled my account and banned me. (I have screenshots of messages available)

I placed an order on the 7th of November and it was cancelled on the 18th, I did get a refund but the customer service is terrible. I wasn’t going to leave a review, I had unsubscribed from all their mailing updates after the poor experience, but today I received an email asking how was my order and asking for a review after obviously not receiving it. I did email them back and I’d say the customer service it’s still pretty poor, this is why I’m now leaving a review.

Great communication from the company. Products are excellent quality, requiring minimal clean up. One miniatute did have slight damage which was very easily repaired and every other one was perfect. I will definitely be making.more purchases in the future and recommending
to my gaming club group.

Created two orders and cancelled both. I was refund minus p&p but orders show as zero items sent. Takes a while for them to come back when requested cancellation etc. Ive had the minis before and they are good quality just poor customer service. Still fighting to get my p&p back.

I have been getting miniatures from them for the last couple of years and they are quality made miniatures that get delivered to you quite quickly. They have a vast range of different miniatures, and I feel that they indeed have something for everyone

Their miniatures are printed with really good quality. I had an issue with 2 models being broken on delivery (looked like someone had sat on the box) and they sent out 2 replacement models free of charge. Would highly recommend

Used this company a number of times over past two years and they are great. Had a minitures subscription box for a year with them as well. Only stopped it because I was so far behind with my painting.
Will admit had a few late deliveries, but was always notified about them. This is essentially a family business so sometimes sickness will delay an order.
I've always been happy with the product and the range us amazing.

I've bought about twenty figures and they're all great. The 3D print quality is good and the customer service exemplary great communication. When figures have been damaged in the post replacements are sent out without delay.
I love the range of minis and the new scaling shows great promise.
