It took a month to get a remote . It was to replace the one my husband dropped in his drink . Thankfully we let it try out and it started working the next day. I completely forgot I had ordered the replacement it took so long. Definitely not worth buying directly from here.

I've ordered a 150" floor rising motorized projector screen. This was on October 30th, 2023 last week. I tried to contact them at the +1 888 customer service number but no one answers at anytime. I want to check the tracking of the screen but the customer service line don't work. Anyone have any other phone numbers to reach them WEMAX...

I made a huge order from Wemax (over $15K) At first I was reluctant about doing what I consider "a big financial transaction" with a company overseas but the customer service lady Irene was very reassuring.
I placed my order on 10/12/23 and by 10/17/23, 11 out of the 12 items I ordered actually arrived before I expected them to.
When the 12th item was late due to the used of a different courier WEMAX Customer Service Reps helped me track down the delivery and returned my phone calls to update me as to where my item was.
Product delivered quickly and performed exactly to the specifications.

I ordered a 120' ALR screen. After 2 weeks I didn't get a tracking number. So I wrote an e-mail to the support. They told me that something happened with my package and apologised for it. They sent a new screen and one day later I had the tracking number. With a little delay I got my screen. The product is great and easy to build even if you are alone like me. In conclusion I can say that WEMAX has a great support if something goes wrong.
from ordering to delivery this company was on top of their game. Also the support team answered my email instanly. What a great company to deal with .Kudos to WEMAX

I reached out to ask about a return and have not heard back from your company. I have not opened the product and have it laying in my living room in an effort to preserve the condition of the screen. Do you not honor returns? I had submitted the request within the return policy window. Please advise.

I am still waiting for my projector. Its been weeks. The screen was shipped and I got it. My credit card was charged for the screen and projector for the full amount. I am now on the process of dispute. It has been horrible. No communication. Tracking makes no sense. The projector magically appeared tonight. Hope it works.

This company is a Chinese scam company. Epison exposed their fraud of selling projectors with false lumen disclosures. I had bought a screen from them they delivered damaged, tried to get me to accept a gift card for $50, then $150, then tried to get me to pay shipping ($200) to send the damaged non confirming good la they sent me back to them, then tried to make me haul the large box that doesn’t fit into a car to a us post office, then sent me the wrong the label, then finally they paid for ups to pick up the damaged goods after I disputed the charges with. Me credit card company. Once they received the damaged goods they refused to refund me and instead told me to continue the dispute with my credit card company. They also lied to my credit company and said I signed for the damaged package, which was easily disproven by then FedEx tracking. I won the dispute and my money was taken back from them by my American credit card company! I wasted about a month and half in returning what they tried to scam me on. They are a Chinese fraud with a subsidiary in New York that is shell. Buyer beware.

Edit 11-2-23 - the October 12 response to my review contains lies. No replacement parts were ever sent. The forced me to maintain a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund, from my credit card company (which also took the money back from Wemax). There appear to be many exceptional reviews here that in my opinion are not real reviews.
This company is set up to scam you. Buyer beware!

Please do not write that you "care about my satisfaction", you don't, customer team even failed to replace example.com in [support (at) example.com] placeholder in some of your answers to customers, so little you care about customers :)
Projector is good, support is one of the worst I have seen. I wanted to give a 4 stars at first, after talking to customer team it is 1 now.
We had an upcoming event where we have needed a battery powered beamer, I have ordered a beamer 2 weeks prior to an event to be safe. I used it for a day and realized that the battery is dead, 0%.
I asked support for a replacement, or a repair.
2 weeks before our event.
Wemax Support takes 4 days to provide me with a return label. They receive the beamer 3 days later and they do not respond.
I get a promotional letter that in a week they are going on a holiday, so I kindly ask them to ship the beamer in a week time before their 2 weeks holiday.
They send me a reassuring message, that here in Germany their work will not be affected and that they have shipped the beamer and I will get it in 3-6 days. Week later it hasn't even been brought to the DPD.
I ask them a status. And in the same chain of the email where they have said that the holiday will not affect their work they say that the work is slow due to a holiday, laughing out loud :)
Event passed, no wireless beamer still. We had to rent a generator and a beamer. From 4 stars to a 1 star. This is just unacceptable.
Upd.: right after a message and a review guys sent out the beamer so maybe 1 star is too few in this case so there is 2.
