I’ve tried other collagen, this seems the best. The powder is really smooth and dissolves easily, odourless as well. I will definitely buy again. The delivery is very fast and monitored till it reaches my doorstep.

Deliver was quick and I love the collegen products I buy here. Was really happy to see there was a free gift of magnesium when buying 3 tubs. This didn’t turn up in my package but I messaged customer services, received a reply the same day and a shipping notice to say my missing item was on its way. Really great customer service, something that truly lacks in most companies now. Thank you!

Delivery definitely not express!
I placed a large order, over £150, on Thursday. Delivery email states delivery before end of the day on TUESDAY!!!!
I always had fast delivery in the past and am disappointed as it states 24hr royal mail express delivery. I don't think Thursday order to Tuesday delivery is in any way express.

Your order was placed at 4:24pm on Thursday, after our dispatch hours of 8am–4pm Monday–Friday, so it was dispatched first thing on Friday and collected by UPS that same day. As this was a high-value order over £150, we use UPS for secure delivery.
Our delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, which unfortunately are outside of our control once the parcel has been collected.
We completely understand that you were expecting your order sooner, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused. However, we hope this clarifies that we dispatched your order at the earliest available opportunity.

All ordering should default ALWAYS to no automatic repeat orders !! ,they should not even be in the initial ordering process at all. The system is set up with traps to make people order repeat orders from day one instead of asking them once an order has been sent received and reviewed if it was worth the purchase.

In this instance, it appears that the “Subscribe & Save” option was selected in order to receive the 15% discount, which means the order was placed as a subscription. The one-time purchase option was available, but it was removed from the selection before checkout.

I haven’t subscribed for monthly…
I haven’t subscribed for monthly subscription and am still getting bombarded with collagen powder. I went online last month to unsubscribe and still I was sent a parcel this month!!! I don’t like their approach and lies!! Now I have to tell bank and stop these parcels coming to me when I haven’t requested in first place!!! How inconvenient is that!!!

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience, but we’d like to clarify what happened.
Our records show that a Collagen subscription was set up on 2nd May. On 30th June, the upcoming July order was skipped and moved to 2nd August.
The subscription was then cancelled on 4th August. However, the August order had already been processed and raised on 2nd August, before the cancellation was made, which is why that parcel was still dispatched.
We’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused. We have now confirmed that the subscription is cancelled, so no further subscription orders will be generated.
We always aim to be transparent about subscriptions and are happy to provide the relevant order history if needed.

I have been using a range of products…
I have been using a range of products frim Wellguard for well over a year now. It started with the collagen and then progressed to other bits and now I wouldn’t be without them. I have recommended to so many people. Recently I had an issue whereby I had moved and forgot to change my address, I got in contact straight away and got a quick response and the issue was resolved without any fuss or hassle. Highly recommend!

Preferred collagen powder
I have used both WG and SS, and WG is the one I prefer overall. It has no taste, the foam disappears after mixing, and there is no aftertaste. It is also cheaper than SS, even when purchased individually, and offers better value for money because the intake is 13g rather than 10g. I also appreciated the freebie included with my first order. The main downside is that it does not come with a measuring spoon, and the product is packaged in plastic tubs, which could easily be replaced with more eco-friendly sealed refill bags. It also needs a whisk to blend properly, as a spoon alone leaves lumps.
SS has some good points too. It mixes very well when whisked, comes with a measuring spoon in each bag, and is advertised as grass-fed. Buying the multipack can also be a better deal. However, the aftertaste is unpleasant, the foam can taste bitter, the individual packs are very expensive, and the repeated inclusion of a spoon in every pack creates unnecessary plastic waste. In my view, one spoon per order would be sufficient.
Both brands offer fast and reliable shipping.
