Wellbeing International Omdömen 

I recently completed the Wellbeing for Mothers and Babies facilitation training with Kate. The content of the course was delivered in a professional, promt and friendly manner. The information provided was offered in various learning styles, allowing me to absorb as much information as possible. The instructors manual is informative, clear and easy to follow. The principles and values of this course compliment baby massage perfectly. I'm really looking forward to putting what I've learnt into practice to help benefit my community.

Wow what an amazing learning experience I had on this wonderful course, not only did I learn about baby massage I also learnt a whole lot more about attachments, bonding and the importance of touch. The trainer Kate was amazing and very knowledgeable, she was able to answer questions and welcomed them. Kate was able to put the whole class at ease and showed patients in answering questions and going over strokes that we might of had a problem with. I can not thank you enough for the amazing learning experience and hope to have a long journey with baby massage and the company.

The baby message training has been brilliant. It has given me an extra string to my bow in my career. Knowing once fully qualified I can go onto lead sessions of my own is exciting. Kate was a brilliant trainer with a calm gentle approach. I would definitely recommend!

A jam packed four days full of information, new learning and lots of hands on experience. This course has left me confident to begin my journey as an Infant Massage Instructor.

I completed IAIM training, as part of my professional development between 28th February and 3rd March 2022. Kate was friendly, approachable and professional throughout the 4 day training. There were times, during the training where my anxiety kicked in. Kate reassured not just me but all of the group. I enjoyed learning, the new skills of infant massage and look forward to putting my new acquired skills in to practice.

I’ve recently completed the Well-being for Mothers and Babies online course. I was sceptical that the training could come across well online but it really did. I’m inspired! I can’t wait to complete my training by completing a 5 week test course with some mums and babies. If you’re thinking about doing this course, don’t think anymore just do it! Boost You is a fantastic, supportive and interesting course that gives you some wonderful ideas with fascinating science behind it, to make small changes that can have a huge impact on your own wellbeing. Kate is a warm and knowledgeable facilitator, I felt safe and heard within the group. I loved the structure and content of the course and I particularly enjoyed meeting other like minded beautiful women, all of whom wanted to start rethinking their own wellbeing. For myself this course came at just the right time. What I have learnt will not only benefit me but everyone around me. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who is open and curious to try something new to reset their lives in small, manageable and highly impactful ways.

An excellent 2 days training with Kate. Catered for all needs and was very flexible to meet the groups needs. Plenty of time to ask questions and felt comfortable to do so. Very useful ideas e.g bridging which will be useful throughout my practice.

An absorbing and engaging course, full of wonderful and practical ideas on how to support wellbeing in mothers with young babies. Two full days offered invaluable material for an exciting five week course which focuses very much on the needs of mum, using exercises, massage techniques, songs and stories. Brilliant!

The training was inspiring. I learnt so much from the instructor Kate, who was passionate about IAIM and we were given lots of opportunities to practice our skills. I’m excited to take what I have learned and share this knowledge with parents.

I had a wonderful 4 days at the IAIM Infant massage training in Norwich. Kate was a great trainer who kept the training alive while giving us a lot of new information in a short space of time. It was great to have a mixture of practical and theory sessions. The rest of the learners were fantastic and incredibly supportive of each other. We've come away feeling connected and will stay in touch! Infant massage isn't just about the strokes, it's so much more.

I enjoyed the practical nature of the course that was backed up every step of the way with scientific research. Our instructor's delivery was professional. She shared her passion, wide knowledge and expertise with great enthusiasm. I am now inspired to bring nurturing touch into my local community!

Recently attended the four day training and what a four days it was. We got to experience the practical teaching side of infant massage alongside the history and theory - throughly enjoyed the four days and would highly recommended!

I have just finished the four day training course with Kate Pigeon-Owen. I can honestly say this is the best training that I have been on so far.
The content of the course, the different teaching styles and activities so it caters to everyone on the training and the passion that Kate brings to teaching the course.
The way Kate teaches is fantastic, she is full of knowledge and passion for Infant Massage. I genuinely feel like I am part of the Infant Massage Instructors team, thanks to Kate and her warm and welcoming personality. I came away feeling truly inspired and ready to get stuck in.
The course has practical elements to it, this is really good to help build your confidence. All the resources given are of a great standard. If you are thinking about doing this course, please do. You will have a great time and will become such an important need to families!
