Ordered on 3/15...it is now 4/11 and no package. No offer of a refund, very little response to emails.
This package has traveled to so many distribution centers i can't keep up. It has been in Indiana "in transit" 2 days. 3 hours from my house. Shame. Amazon could have it here in 5 days.

I returned a product because it did not work for me. Several weeks passed, and I did not get my refund. I contacted them, and was told that they were just starting to process it that day, and it will take 10-14 business days. Another few weeks passed, and I contacted them again, and was again told it was in line for processing. I told them that if i didn't receive it, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They then processed it immediately!!!

Company completely ignored emails about cancelling my order. I never got a confirmation email that the shipment was on the way, so I had no way of knowing whether the order was coming or not. A few days later, the product I no longer wanted (found out it had stevia) arrived. I have a sensitivity to stevia and emailed less than an hour after my order to cancel it. There was no response. After the product arrived, I emailed again and received no response. If a company can’t take a moment to respond to a customer, they aren’t worth supporting.

When you subscribe for monthly shipments at a lower rate with free shipping, they ship earlier than one month. When you try to cancel, the website automatically takes you back to the previous page before you can finalize the cancellation. When you call in, the VRU tells you your subscription is cancelled, but never sends confirmation. I had to go back to the website and try several times before I was able to cancel. When you call in, someone picks up the phone and places you back on hold multiple times. It is not worth the hassle!

If you had 1/2 a star, that would be the choice. I cancelled last August after they double shipped me. Gave me a discount to keep, so to avoid costs , I kept.
They sent me a confirmation order email 12:30 a.m. (of course, I’m asleep). Responded fed at 7:00 a.m.! Was told too late to cancel already shipping.
Do, like another customer mentioned, I have to pay to return.

I should have read this before purchasing.
The 1 stars are true. They ship after you cancel and then charge you to return. Then take way too long to refund; I guess hoping you forget or let it go.

Call your credit card company - file a dispute. These people are a fraud and their collagen is horrible. It made me sick. You may want to test for heavy metals.

Customer service is rude once you decide to cancel and I feel they are not even US based; not sure just odd the way they communicate.

Going forward I’m double checking all add in social media via the real world. This is getting old.

Please know your rights and file the claim to ensure they are as inconvenienced as you are..

Terrible taste! Cancelled membership and they later on shipped me another shipment anyway. I had to pay 14.00 to return a jar of coffee! They received return 2+ weeks ago but take 14 business days until they send your money back!!!!! SCAM!!!!! Be aware

They keep sending me boxes of product that I canceled months ago and are charging our American Express card which is annoying. We have enough of this product to last us over a year and honestly we don’t like it. What does it take for these people to stop charging us for a subscription that we cancelled months ago?

I have tried a few collagen powders and yours beats them all hands down . My skin is glowing like it did when i was young and it is so soft and supple. my hair is growing like a weed and is so healthy. I even see some improvement in my nails. It lasts a whole month and it is cheaper than the other brands when you subscribe. I love it!

I had to return a product the day after I had received it. I contacted the company for instructions to process the return. They sent instructions which I followed; the item was returned on December 2, they received it December 6 and I am still waiting for a credit to appear on my credit card account. Last "chat" said it would be 10-12 business days; just seems a long time to process a return.

Ordering and delivery was fine. The product itself (collagen powder) smells disgusting though. It claims to be neutral tasting but because of the strong fishy smell, you can't really mix it with anything.

Bought it via amazon and their product got me super bloated and gassy. I got really bad diarrhea. It is definitely not NON-GMO as they claim. Also, the returns are not accepted according to their policy. It is overhyped over media and seems like the reviews are fake. Complete garbage. Amazon doesn't let me put a review for some odd reason.

I haven’t tried the product yet, but I wanted to try the Beyond Brew as an alternative to MUD/WTR because I read a review it doesn’t leave sediment. Their checkout process is absolutely absurd, you have to go through dozens of “special one time offers” to complete it, and if you accidentally click on one, you cannot cancel it no matter how many times you try calling and hold for over 20 minutes waiting for an answer or how many emails or tickets or chat requests you send, so now I’ve got $90 worth of greens something that I won’t use that I’ll surely have to pay shipping to return once it does get here. Even if this ends up being the best coffee alternative I’ve ever tasted, I won’t order again for the absolutely frustrating process meant to purposefully trick you into buying more than you want.

The protein powder is disgusting. It is stale, chalky, gritty ... just nasty. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but fail to say they charge a 15% processing fee and do not pay return shipping. Save your money, your health and your taste buds and AVOID doing business with this shady company.
