Excellent driving service.
Arik made the five hour trip enjoyable. He arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m., greeted me, stored the luggage, and we were on the road. He checked in several times to see if I needed anything to drink or eat or if I was in need of the bathroom. We talked the entire time which made the hours pass by quickly.

This was my first time using WelcomeTaxi, but I will be back....
This was my first time using WelcomeTaxi but based on this experience it definitely won't be my last. From navigating their website, ordering a taxi (once you order you are given a picture of the driver, his/her phone number and the car's license plate number) to the airport pickup and the drop off at my apartment was first class and highly professional.
My driver, Nicolas, was excellent and is someone I highly recommend. Because of flight delays I didn't arrive to Vnukovo (Moscow) until shortly before 1 a.m. yet Nicolas was there, patiently waiting for me with a sign in hand. His English was quite good and I enjoyed engaging in conversation with him. He was also a very good driver; efficient, but also safe and cautious. Also want to add that after a long flight it's nice to be greeted with a smile and bottles of water waiting in the car.
An excellent experience and WelcomeTaxi is definitely a company that I will reach out to again.

Great English Speaking Taxi Service
Welcome Taxi is a great service for anyone wanting an English speaking airport pickup. The driver texted me prior to my ride assuring me he’d be there and texted while at the airport. He was friendly, welcoming and professional. The ride was clean, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend the service. It’s a good value for the experience.
