Keine Empfehlung.

My feedback
Hello,
The products are amazing, but the way you process orders is far from being perfect. You don’t send any email about delivery. Please fix that.

Website difficulties and confusing emails
Love the one product we bought in Spain (GEL SPORT), but their website has rejected my many attempts to buy more. (It's also annoying that I signed up to subscribe but did not receive the promised 15% off coupon.)
I was surprised today to receive an email from them. They apologized that I was unable to purchase yesterday, assured me that they had fixed the problem, and invited me to try again. I went in, filled my cart, entered all my personal information, hit the button to place my order and *POOF* I was back at the Home page and my cart was empty.
I did check my email afterwards and found three emails from yesterday, thanking me for my order, and each had a different order number, there was just ONE email canceling the middle order number. So, now I have to call my credit card companies (because I used two different credit cards) to make sure I didn't get charged before I try to purchase again (or maybe I should just quit while I'm ahead).

Hi Deborah! Thank you for contacting us! I am the owner of the company and after seeing the negative rating which I think is a bit hasty considering that we have not resolved your case decide to look into your case personally!
1. You have received 2 order cancellation emails because the payment has not been completed.
2. Yesterday after testing our electronic payments we removed the problem and tested both Mastercard and Visa card and everything was normal!
No money has been taken from your account, so don't worry about that.
We have not been able to understand why you have not been able to complete the payment, it is possible that your card is different from those accepted by our bank. Respectively: Mastercard or Visa. We also have paypal payment.
We will contact our bank to find out the real cause of the problem. Then we will give you an answer!
Rest assured that no money will be taken from you.
Our customers and their experience are the most important for us!
We are about to find out if the problem is with us, if so we will send you the selected products at our expense as an apology!
If you have any further questions, I remain available!
Best regards,
Borislav V.

Saludos!
