Utterly disappointing service from Reach More Parents by Weduc. The collapse of Squid last year left schools with no options other than to engage in a contract with Parent Pay. We were lied to by member of staff from Weduc and have had no response to complaints raised. Completely unacceptable and awful service from this company. I encourage people not to use reach more parents.

Josh has been absolutely fantastic during our onboarding process. He has reacted very promptly to all issues raised, followed up queries and been very patient with our numerous questions, talking us through step-by-step when necessary. Excellent all round!

I've been working with Todd and the team for a number of years now and have always found them friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the market and the issues their solutions can solve. Great team!

The whole process from beginning to end has been simple due to the extensive support from Weduc. We have been very supported during all processes and especially during onboarding and this has made the process very secure and effective. The staff are incredibly professional and have taken time to build a rapport with us; nothing has been too much trouble and so it has felt like a very bespoke, personal experience to get us onboard along with the before and after care.

Great platform and a real game changer for our parental communication strategy.
Able to keep to one platform for all of our payments and bookings to avoid using numerous different platforms. Parents and staff alike find it easy to access important information and keep lines of communication open between staff and parents. Consistently updating and evolving and always willing to listen to ideas for change. Keep up the good work!

In my role as a Learning Mentor WEDUC for the last 2-3 years has been a god send.
In my role I was contacting parent/carers daily by telephone email text or letter...
WEDUC has not only allowed me to do this more efficiently its super quick and I am able to send a variety of messages.
I personally use it to send Behaviour Messages, Birthday Greetings, Community and school Event Updates, General Updates regarding Groups,The school uses it for everything schools may have originally sent out on paper, School Closures and Newsletter,,,,Digital saves paper time and you can check if a parent/carer has read your message.
You are able to send message to main carers or all of a family. Create Notices or private mails/texts.Attach pictures, files, PDF's
You can make groups-specific to your messages Be it a Class-Year Group-Sports Cohort- Parent Group-SEND Families etc
It has been a game changer and we encourage 'new'families to download it from Apple/Google Play
At least 99% of our parents use it now.
They are upgrading and updating all the time and I have never known it to crash, staff also can get messages.

Easily accessible technical support, listen to any requests from parents and staff, changes made quickly and efficiently, easy to navigate and intuitive, parents like the APP and it is now our main form of communication with parents for news and notices, links well with website

Most rubbish company in UK. I've been trying to transfer money to my son's account for two days, but it doesn't work. systems have collapsed. The money loading machine at the school does not accept 20 pound notes. Please get proper job.

The app makes taking the register quick and easy. I like the fact that is is also quick and easy to contact parents and keep them informed of anything happening for their child or at the school in general. It is also a great tool for when staff need to have their say or opinion on something and saves times when completing absence or request for cover forms. I would definitely recommend this app for school.

Having experience with a variety of parental communication systems over the years, this product is far superior!

The Weduc system provides schools with a much needed intuitive, easy to use system that allows instant communication with parents. Communication can also be tracked to see who is up to date and who needs reminding of events that will positively impact on pupils education.

For parents, they have an app at their finger tips where they can instantly find messages, use the newsfeed to see what their child’s class have been doing, access their child’s homework, pay for trips and dinners, all in a few taps! Parents will never miss out on what’s happening with their child’s education again.

An efficient, effective and easy to use system should be part of every school and every parent’s daily life making them valued members of the Weduc family.
