Strongly recommend you don't buy from this company
I ordered my dress and it came on time.
On receipt it fitted but I did not like the look of it on me and the style was not as expected.
I decided to return it and that's when the fun started!
I was offered 3 choices rather than a full refund. I had to really insist.
After 2 days of emailing back and forth they sent me the return address. This was in the United States! The dress came from China.
There were lots of conditions attached to the return which would have cost me ÂŁ49 to send back! The dress cost ÂŁ99 and they said they would deduct the original shipping fee.
So much so I have written it off I would have ended up with ÂŁ20.
I will never buy from here again.

Please please please DO NOT ORDER from this company.
First of all they said they did not receive my order despite the money being taken immediately & then they tried to say the reason they couldnât find my order was because I didnât give them the correct email address despite the fact that I was emailing them from said email address.
The item arrived, it was very poor quality & was not true to size so didnât fit. I contacted the company immediately to advise that it did not fit & I wanted a refund.
They came back & tried to tell me to find a local dress alteration shop & they would give me a small amount towards this. Again I told them I wanted a refund.
They responded to this by offering me 3 choices one of which was a full refund but I had to pay the cost of the postage to return the item from the UK to America!! I have pointed out the consumer act to them & their responsibility as a company but I feel this is going to be a long process.
I have never experienced such poor service in my life & I will be reporting this company & doing whatever I need to in order to get my almost ÂŁ100 returned
Please do not fall into the same trap that I did there are so many other businesses out there that provide the level of service you should experience when purchasing items, this is not one of them

This company should not be used. I ordered a ÂŁ109 dress for an important work event. There should have been sufficient time with their stated shipping times but the dress did not arrive for 21 days. The dress arrived after the event. I was forced to buy another dress from John Lewis. Wedtrend refused to provide a full refund. The offered me only ÂŁ40. When I complained again they said I was over the time limit and refused to provide anything. When I asked for the email address of the CEO to write a formal
Letter of complaint, they refused to even provide this. Iâve never come across a company with such appalling service and disregard for their customers. I would strongly recommend not to trust them for your important event and just buy from a trusted high street retailer. I certainly would never consider using them.

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. The long velvet dress arrived crammed into very small plastic bag that was already split on arrival. It did not fit and was poor quality. They make return almost impossible and want you just to give up getting a refund. Original email reply offered me ÂŁ9 refund on dress that cost ÂŁ199 if I didnât return it and if I did return it to USA,they wouldât refund postage and I had to pay return shipping and taxes. When I complained they said they would offer me ÂŁ98 refund and when I accepted this they said no, that was a mistake and they would only give me ÂŁ28. To return the dress in the way they suggest via a shipping company would be very expensive and they only allow 7 days for it arrive or they wonât refund anything. DO NOT BUY from this company.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
The dress I ordered arrived in a completely different material, was far too large, and even had a different shoulder design than advertised. I followed their instructions and returned the dress to the address they provided in Texas, USA â only for the delivery to be refused.
It is now evident that this company has no intention of issuing a refund or honoring UK consumer rights. I have escalated the matter with my bank under the Consumer Credit Act and will next be reporting Wedtrend to the Financial Ombudsman Service for their clear breach of UK consumer law.
Avoid this company at all costs.

This company FORGOT TWICE to issue my refund!!! I had to reach out 2 times to get my refund, over a month after I had already returned the dress. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, I would not have received my refund if I had not randomly checked all my bank statements! Also, advice for the company, maybe skip the arguing with your customers step!!! I had to ask THREE TIMES for the refund instructions because you guys kept trying to offer me a sad amount of store credit and refusing to give me the return address after I had clearly stated I just need to return the dress! A bizarre and sketchy company this is, I have told everyone I know to not order from the site!!!

Could not get a response to get a refund (following their specific process you have to email them within 14 days and then they accept and advise how to return). No matter what email.address I used (6 and counting) no reply...... Clearly a scam .... The dresses can not be used so I've lost of ÂŁ200. Do not use!!!

This is the worst experience I've ever had online shopping! I ordered a halterneck dress, the size was ok but the neck was wayyyy to tight I couldn't zip it up & the zip was poor quality. You have to send about 4 emails over the cause of 3/4 days before a return is agreed, they offer ÂŁ20 vouchers & exchanges first and once your return is finally agreed, it cost ÂŁ31 to send back from the UK and god knows how long it will take to get what's left of my money back. Please don't buy from this site, it's not worth it, find another site.

Very inconsistent
Wedtrend is wildly inconsistent as a whole. Their dresses may seem inexpensive but be aware they do charge $26.99 for shipping. I recently ordered two dresses here for my two bridesmaids. One bridesmaid received her dress with a shipping time of only 6 days and it was perfect. Fit great and looks beautiful. The other bridesmaid received her dress with a shipping time of 11 days and it has been one problem after another. They provided the wrong tracking number but when I reached out to Wedtrend they provided the correct number quickly. That was nice! Then the dress itself did not fit. It was advertised as a size 4 but fit like a size 0. The waist measured at 24 inches when it should have been 27. After the long shipping time, we cannot wait for another dress so I emailed customer support to request a refund. They denied my refund because the dress was a âcustom colorâ. The dress was pictured as dusty rose and thatâs what I ordered. There was no indication this was a custom color. I would not order here again as you just donât know what type of experience you will have.

False advertising
Dress arrived after a long wait, even with paying for expedited shipping. The dress was poorly made and very disappointing. The bodice was disproportioned between the ribbings. The fabric was saggy, and the hem line was off. They would not help me because they claim my 14 day return policy was over, however they used my order date to say it was the date I received the product and too late for a refund or a return. False and I have the dates to prove it. You will not get a dress that is the quality of the one pictured. You definitely wonât get customer service.
