Ocean was really helpful and kind and helped me find the most beautiful dress.
It would have been a five if we had been introduced at the start.

Vera was de allerliefste en leukste medewerker die mij volledig op mijn gemak stelde en mij met veel flair en professionaliteit heeft geholpen. Wat een top ervaring. Ik liep volledig gelukkig de winkel uit.

Skye was so helpful, and made me feel really at ease. I had no idea what style dress I wanted, and generally I feel uncomfortable in dressing rooms, but she was really professional and kind. She spent the time listening to everything I liked about each dress I tried on, and she found me the perfect dress. She was patient and it felt like I had another friend there with me!

The dress I chose was well priced compared to others I have seen, and the ladies made a note of any alterations they would recommend so that I could pass this information over to the seamstress. I went mid-week as soon as they opened at 10am and was the only person there, I didn’t feel rushed and the experience felt as special as if I was at a boutique store that you have to book in for.

Would highly recommend, and can’t wait to get my dress on again!!

I had such an amazing experience at Wed2B and couldn't be happier! I went in unsure if a ball gown style would suit me, but Grace was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was so patient, kind, and genuinely made me feel comfortable trying on a variety of different styles.

Ashford, Kent store - Incredible service!
I visited the store a couple of hours before closing on a Sunday. The staff treated me like they had all the time in the world, and never made me feel rushed! Meg was amazing, really knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for based on some photos of dresses I had tried that morning in another shop and after a little chat. The first dress she picked out ended up being MY dress! It was such a lovely experience and i would recommend the Ashford shop and Meg to anyone!

Wed2B were incredible I got such a lovely experience and Caroline was wonderful. I had no idea what i wanted however we picked the perfect dress in two gos and she made me feel so at ease, welcome and special incredible experience. Now excited for the big day.

The second we walked in Jess was so welcoming, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing or wanted but Jess went through all the questions and got an idea of what I liked and just brought round these beautiful dresses they were just what I liked and had in mind and then the last dress she got out for me was just the perfect one! I honestly thought I’d be searching for months for a dress and on my first day of looking, first shop and I’ve found it and bought it! It’s perfect! Just a wonderful, calm and relaxing experience with such lovely helpful staff thank you so much

I went in to browse wedding dresses didn't think I would have been walking out with the dress of my dreams. Katy was absolutely amazing and was really friendly and was so kind to my daughter.

Ik had een prachtige jurk uitgekozen in de winkel in Eindhoven. De bandjes pasten niet helemaal, maar dit zou volgende de verkoopster geen probleem zijn om te verzetten. toen ik mijn jurk eenmaal naar de coupeuse bracht, bleek dit wel een probleem te zijn. De bandjes konden niet verzet worden. Hierdoor heb ik een trouwjurk die niet past. De klantenservice biedt geen oplossing. Koop hier NIET je trouwjurk

Sophie was amazing from start to finish, so patient and lovely throughout my whole appointment. She didn’t make me feel pressured into buying a dress. She helped and guided me and I love the dress I brought. Lovely friendly atmosphere.

It would be good if you could collect accessories orders in store rather than being forced to pay £7 for delivery when already spending £70+. Especially considering I still need to go to the store to collect the bridesmaids dresses.

As soon as I arrived at Wed2b, I was greeted straight away and was sat down the amazing member of staff Molly who went through everything with me be made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I found my dream dress this day, and I couldn’t have done it without Mollys help, advice and assistance.

I came to the Glasgow store on Saturday with my mum, my maid of honour and one of my bridesmaids. We were looked after by Georgia and she made the entire experience fantastic. We loved the vibe and had a great time. We did go to another wedding dress shop after and didn't like the vibe at all so we went back to see Georgia again and I said yes to the dress! Thank you Georgia <3

I popped in on the off chance, and I was made to feel so welcomed. Considering it was not long before closing, I was made to feel not rushed and was given undivided attention.

I had the best 5 star worthy experience, I was greeted by Abi who was absolutely incredible!

Abi really listened to what I was looking for and brought out dresses that matched the description I provided. Abi was absolutely lovely and would recommend her to anyone, I went alone dress shopping and she didn’t make me feel alienated for being alone.
The Liverpool store is huge and I found out that it’s one of the biggest they have so definitely go here there is sooo much to pick and choose from! All very clean and roomy too.
Abi helped me find my perfect dress and was full of knowledge on if certain alterations could be done or not.

Chose to visit the Bolton Wed2B store with no expectations, no clear idea on what I wanted, all with the intention to perhaps leave with a better idea on style and design to suit me. Well dress 3 was the one! Georgia was my design consultant and listened to my thoughts and took these and delivered me samples of dresses to try. She was really personable and welcoming, made my whole entourage feel at ease and important and ultimately helped me find the ONE! With all accessories and veil too. A lovely experience and an unexpected purchase. An added bonus would have been a celebration drink to make the whole experience extra special and celebratory. All round a great shop with lovely staff.
