A very positive experience
Great communication, always respectful, clear instructions on the process of selling our Motorhome.
Collection of Motorhome was completed calmly and efficiently, two very polite men, Roger and Alan, came to our home, they did all of their assessments, helped with paperwork, all of it done at our pace, can’t speak highly enough of them.
The fact that they don’t leave until monies are transferred into your account, takes away all worries and uncertainty on such a big transaction.
A follow up phone call from our initial contact Aaron rounded off a very positive experience. Thank you.

Really frustrating waste of time.
I had a lot of messages from an AI bot assuring me that I was still waiting to hear re a valuation only to eventually get fed up and ring and be told I should have received an email saying they were not interested based on age and mileage straight away.
Person on phone helpful and apologetic but still a waste of time and energy.

Very straightforward process to sell our van; nice people to deal with. We agreed a fair price based on photos of the van and a detailed list of its defects They inspected, honoured the agreed price, paid it there and then and drove the van away.

Total scam
Total scam. Despite the name, no desire to buy your vehicle. Provided all the information, showing all the credentials including full habitation check (including gas certificate). Keep getting emails saying they're not willing to buy it as no gas certificate. Made contact 5+ times, and each time just get a bot replying saying they'll review. Been going on weeks and no progress.

To be clear, we’re not a scam, but we do need to explain something important: despite our name, we can’t buy every single van. Some models we simply don’t have the dealer network for, and in those cases we can’t make a purchase.
From what you’ve described, it also sounds like our communication fell short, and for that I sincerely apologise. You should always be able to reach a member of our team, and not feel like you’re just getting automated responses. That’s not the level of service we aim for.

Good honest approach
From the sales man Aaron to the team that came out to look at my campervan,Roger and Alan they were polite friendly and genuine. Was offered a realistic price by Aaron and to be honest expected them to try and knock me down when it came to doing the deal. But it was the opposite, they just did there job and appraised the van before confirming the offer price. Doing the deal was simple and money was in my bank before the left with the van. Very happy with the whole process and would recommend to anyone.
