Branch manager Brendan Keenan met me on my arrival, was friendly and polite, answered all my questions, and finished his appraisal in about 20 minutes of inspection and test driving. The whole transaction from the start until I walked out the door with a check in my hand took one hour.The paperwork was handled expeditiously, and I got the amount I hoped to get. Sure took the hassle out of selling my car.
