Sold my car at the Port St Lucie location on 7-18-25. Terrie was the WBAC representative. She was absolutely terrific. She was professional, extremely competent and congenial. She is a master multitasker, customer accommodating and made the process expeditious and painless. I recommend Terrie and WBAC to anyone.

I’ve personally have delt with this office twice, and honestly both times have been nothing less than pleasant experiences. Staff was very helpful, fair and knowledgeable. If I ever need to sell another vehicle they will be my first choice.

Easy and excellent process
Easy and excellent process, selling our car. The branch manager guided us through all with knowledge, friendliness and humor. We came up with an agreeable price. He took care of all paperwork etc. and all we had to do is sign the papers, receive the check on the spot and having to give the license plate back to the DMV within a month.
We would highly recommend this outfit to anybody wanting to sell their car!
