Bernard was professional and honest. My Paperwork didn't match the name on the title. Bernard tried to contact me but I had arrived and was told they wouldn't approve the purchase until the paperwork matched. My offer increased due to this oversight now my car is sold and Bernard kept his word. One thing for sure the purchase price goes by the up keep and repairs on your car.
