Bob at the Peters Township, PA branch thoroughly explained the process to me before I went to my appointment. I understood that accepting or declining the final offer was my decision. He was very friendly and treated me with respect.

At first I was disillusioned by the price on the website and reality. The reasons for lowering the price is a joke ($500 because the car is financed, $399 for fees) Once I saw that all the sites similar excuses I just chalked it up to poor marketing. You should tell people what to expect. Asking if you have a clean title is confusing. You should ask if the car is financed instead. To me, a clean title means the car wasn’t totaled and then rebuilt. Once I got to the location, Bob was way to deal with and knowledgeable. Getting the check at the end was a bonus. I was expecting to hear it would come after Capital One was paid.

Matt is what made our experience great! He made the entire process seamless and quick.
