Friendly and courteous.
The manager, Bob, who met with us was very professional. He answered all our questions and took his time dealing with us. He took his time inspecting our vehicle and we believe he gave us a reasonable offer. We went back the following day and made the deal. We would deal with him in the future if we have a need to do so. Great guy.
