We were welcomed in without having an appointment. Terri was great, she explained everything clearly, inspected our car, gave us the estimate and gave us time to decide things. All the paperwork was completed quickly and we left with a check in hand.

"Thanks To Terrie"
After much research, I finally chose to go to "We Buy Any Car" not necessarily because of the best financial offer, but the best service. Any second thoughts or misgivings I had about selling my car, diminished after meeting Terrie. It was still difficult to say goodbye, but Terrie made it ok.
She never pushed me nor rushed me to make a sale & her tone always seemed calm & welcoming. Most notably, Terrie did not break - in my opinion - the most important rule in Sales: she did not discuss how other Auto Traders did business. Terrie conversationally explained how SHE does business. It quickly became clear why she just might be bloody brilliant at what she does.
"We Buy Any Car" is a national Auto Trader and I made the right decision choosing them. They seemed fair. There was some minor haggling involved, but I left without any reservations. Terrie was thorough and definitely a factor in my decision-making.
If you are considering selling your car, I highly recommend paying their Melbourne office a visit.

Outstanding and Honest Customer Service!
Working with Terrie was a pleasure! From our initial conversation on the phone, she was very cordial and respectful. When I first met her during our appointment, it confirmed her genuine sincerity and goal of providing the best customer care possible. It felt like I was talking to a friend rather than doing business. Of course, I did my due diligence in that I also got an offer from another local auto broker. But even without me mentioning this and the offer they made, Terrie's and webuyanycar's offer was $2600 more. Rather than low balling me and suggesting that I come back after getting a higher written offer from someone else (like what the other company said), Terrie was transparent and upfront enough to provide me their best offer, the first time. No runaround, no going back and forth, no games. This was absolutely a win-win situation for me, for not only did I garner the best price for my vehicle, I was also able to experience Terrie's outstanding customer service and care. Thank you, Terrie for all your help. Thank you for making the transaction easy, quick, and pleasant. Thank you for being the conscientious human being that you are!
