Like any car buyer, both private and commercial, we conduct an in-person inspection of the vehicle. It is never our goal to lowball our customers, but to instead give a fair market value based on various factors.
During your initial online valuation, zero damage was declared. During our inspection, we unfortunately found a few issues that negatively impacted the final offer for your 2011 Kia Sorento. Some of these issues include noticeable suspension noise and the OBDII code listed below.
