Tom was awesome. He walked us through the entire process clearly explaining the whys and the hows. We could not have asked for more. He was personable and took all the time we needed to understand and to come to the conclusion to sell our car trusting WeBuyAnyCar.

This is my first experience selling a vehicle so I really don't have anything to compare to. I did review prior to our visit a short video as to what to bring and the various steps if we decided to sell. The branch office in Garner was very friendly and polite and I think the entire process went smoothly.

Tom was super polite and professional throughout. I enjoyed working with him. I felt like the initial offer which was $1,600 less than what we negotiated was a lowball and had I not had an alternative offer I may not have received it.

What makes this company great is the expectation of been able to make an appointment and been able to sell the car the same date. Tom was a great guy, no hastles, process well explained and letting the system to determine the selling price. On the other side I was already expecting a low value and the initial estimate from the syatem was high. Final value came to less then half. If customers are already incline to under document I think the calculation should consider a lower estimate to make it more realistic.

Ease of use and quick turnaround

I didn't want to go through the process of selling my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 on Ebay or Craigslist. The We buy any car was easy and quick way to dispose of it. I have been going through the motions for a couple of years and am happy to have it completed.
