We had a 2005 Camry to sell so made an appointment with Kyle at the Columbia MD office. Kyle was great. He was very friendly, thorough and professional. We negotiated a price and was on our way with check in hand. The whole process took a little over an hour. I would definitely use them again.

I am not happy with the hidden cost of the documentation fee. I was told they will buy my car for $6800.00, but when the paperwork came it was $7099.00 and there is a $ 349.00 is deducted for the documentation fee, I wish they explain that first. Other than that the whole process is great and the Branch manager Kyle Bensen did a great job.

We agreed upon a price and a sale on Wednesday and returned on Friday to finalize the sale. Although there were a few unexpected delays in the process, we successfully concluded the sale to our satisfaction.
