They made the experience easy and convenient. They helped me obtain documents that I didn't know I needed to bring, and I appreciate the fact that I didn't have to go back home to get them. The process is very deceptive
The sales rep was good. Just the process was very deceptive. You give a high quote online, then when we bring the car to be looked at, the next quote was 30% less. The process took way too long and the car was picked apart. The car is in much better shape than you said it was.

During our professional in-branch inspection, our team identified several issues that were beyond what we consider fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and mileage, including:
• Structural damage
• Rust on the rocker panel assembly – passenger side
• Rust on the rocker panel assembly – driver side

Unfortunately, the excessive rust on the undercarriage of your vehicle significantly impacted its resale value.
