Excellent experience
Webury was extremely good and the products we ordered are well up to expectations. The courier let them (and us) down, which was a shame but a common problem at Christmas. But Webury helped us through it. Would definitely order from them again.

Great service - top product. You have to love still being able to talk to someone, get good advice and then have swift service and delivery of a top product. Given that my last Drizabone coat, now for gardening only, has done 30 years service, I was delighted to find that someone was still importing this classic coat.

I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the customs charge incurred, and that you feel we were not transparent with regards to this. If you refer to our T&Cs it states that:...
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Please be aware additional taxes, fees or levies may be added to your order and this will vary depending on local legislation. You will need to pay import duties and taxes which are imposed once the package reaches your country. We do not have control over these charges and do not hold information regarding current duty rates. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Customs charges can be terribly frustrating and, unfortunately once an item has left the UK, we have no control over the charges upon entering anther country.
We hope that this clarification has addressed your feedback.

The item I wanted was out of stock for several weeks. I asked for an email to be sent when it was in stock, but that email never came.
Once I noticed the item was in stock again I ordered it and it came promptly.
