I had a pleasant encounter with Website Artisans. The team was helpful and made the entire process simple for me. They comprehended my concept and produced the work in the manner I requested. Everything went without a hitch and I am happy with the outcome.
My website was created precisely how I wanted it by Website Artisans. The group made the process easy responded quickly and provided helpful suggestions. I am rather happy with the results.
My experience using Website Artisans logo design service was excellent. They were able to grasp my concept right away and provide a logo that accurately captures my business. The design is precisely what I wanted and appears tidy and expert. Extremely pleased with the result.
I enjoyed my time at Website Artisans. Since the very beginning they actually listened and transformed my ideas into a clean, pro site that entirely nails my brand. That is the entire procedure was without any hitches and they dismantled all that in a clear English language to avoid confusion. They delivered their goods on schedule and always responsive when I encountered a hitch. I'm really excited about the end product.
Website Artisans built my website, and I'm quite pleased with the results. The crew worked well together and produced a tidy, expert website on schedule. Everything was flawless from beginning to end.

Website Artisans genuinely lives up to their name by being imaginative competent and trustworthy.
It was a pleasure working with Website Artisans. They took the effort to comprehend my concept and produced a logo that accurately captures my business. The group delivered everything on schedule and with professionalism.
Seems like they have changed their name, again, Thankfully got the hit with the number that they have been using.
Be careful of this company, my mother paid for logo designs, the whole tootie fruity, and they then demanded 550 dollars extra for transfer of ownership Stating "Trademark registration"
They have cloned a site, and used
australialogodesign au
Clearly on the pretext to close the .com one. I have sent a email to the .com one as well.
Please be careful
Would not recommend using, templated designs and the service is not reliable. Live chat person was rude.
They're very rude and all they care about is getting the money from you, once you pay them they stop caring and if you complain to them they simply block you.
If you want to come and visit them you cannot as they have no real locations here, the Melbourne and Brisbane locations they have listed on their websites are not real, if you go there and try to see them face to face they have never heard of the business "website artisans".
They're a bunch of liers as they have listed on their website they have worked with:
Forbes
LG
Nissan
Allianze
Disney
But if you contaxct those businesses and asked them if they have ever worked with website artisans they will say they have never heard of them, so they're falsely advertising that they're working with large well known customers just to make you think they're reputable when they're nothing but the opposite.
Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not trust Website Artisans, they have operated under many differant names, such as:
WebsiteCruise
LogoCruise
AustraliaWebsiteCompany
And many more
Go and check the reviews for the names above, they have lots of negative reviews.
When they get negative reviews they close down one website, register a brand new domain name and start operating under that.
On their website they claim to have over 300+ reviews but yet they only have 18 here on TrustPilot and many of their TrustPilot reviews are all posted irecently and within a day a part, which is very suspicious.
Do your background research on them and you will see may other people have had terrible experiences with them and they are connected to many other failed websites.
Website Artisans made the whole process of developing our plumbing business website a breeze. From start to finish, they took the time to understand our needs and built a site that’s not only professional but also easy for our clients to use. The new website has definitely boosted our business, as customers have been finding us more easily online. It’s fully responsive, so it looks great on mobile devices too. The team was friendly, approachable, and always on top of things—nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Website Artisans to any trades looking to get their name out there. Cheers, mates, you’ve done a fantastic job!
