I didn't have any problems getting started and setting up my first request, despite the shallow documentation. Once I added more requests to one of my scheduled jobs, the errors became more frequent. Support did respond to my messages fairly quickly but they weren't able to point me to a solution to the issues. If there were more debugging resources, logs, or more thorough documentation I wouldn't consider switching providers but unfortunately, it's the only option for me.

Multiple fails compared to others. Zero customer service and support, despite repeated attempts. Very disappointing. Avoid.

Extremely poor success rate for popular URLs. Slow and poor customer service. My concurrent connections are stuck at 50% being used when they aren't used at all. Worthless API. Use any other provider out there. This one is beyond buggy.

I primarily use the Webscraping API and it certainly does the job. The playground interface is flexible but could use a little polish (ie pages of content hard to filter thru with results on the RHS) and better documentation especially with examples of how to use each feature. Otherwise it seems to work consistently once you've played with options and get results you want.
