they are indeed one of the cheapest option out there, and you get what you pay for.
i started to work on our (basic) website in April 2025, at today the website is still incomplete.
total lack of accountability, delays on delays, not showing up for meetings and impossibility of dealing with senior responsible.

After working with Web Mystic Forge on SEO just a few months, my website went from page 6 to page 1 for several competitive keywords. Their strategy was clear, data-driven, and effective. Traffic and inquiries have significantly increased.
Our clinic needed a secure and HIPPA-compliant software solution, and web Mystic Forge delivered a robust platform that streamlined patient management and communication. Excellent service, top-notch development, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
I ended up paying over $700.00 for a website that was incomplete. I had great communication with the developer and his team from March to May and then I was passed to someone else who was difficult to get in contact with. I would reach out by text, email - no response. I would be told a date that website would be done - and then nothing for 4-8 days. I paid 250.00 for a logo that the developer said I would need for it to perform well on my website, but I never got the logo as a file. This could have been a good experience, but my account was handled poorly at the end. They wanted 400.00 per month to 'manage' my account which I never wanted them to do. When I said I was a starter business and could not afford anything else, I ended up with a login and password to WordPress. No login/password information for my WordPress plugins (which they said were free- but clearly Elementor Pro is not). I didn't even have information on the hosting site. Now, I am looking to find someone to finish the website. Very Sad.

We are sorry your experience wasn’t ideal. To clarify: we agreed on a 2–3 week timeline dependent on receiving your content. Delays occurred because we were still waiting for images, text, logos, etc. Once provided, we completed and delivered the website, and you signed the Delivery Document and received full access (WordPress login, plugins, hosting info). Any issues after you migrated the site yourself are beyond our control. We fulfilled our obligations as agreed. However, I'm happy to help restore access, complete the migration, or recover plugin licenses if you need assistance.
