Pure scam

Pure scam. And if you read this you're probably already "scamed". Maybe like my wife, you've filled in a survey for a store that you regularly visit in exchange for a nice package with their products. You just have to pay € 2 for transportation costs:):):) Then you get an e-mail from some company you've never heard of, so you don't read it and then you find out that you've paid € 52 to some Czech company. By the time you figure out that something is wrong you loose € 52 again.
Now they'll respond to this review with a "copy paste" like they always do with a negative review but I don't care.

!!!SCAM!!

!!!SCAM!!! just been in the bank to get back the money you took from us. 3 payments without our knowledge. You people are complicit in the scam whereby you have people signing up for expensive subscriptions by disguising it as a cheap item on Facebook and hiding the subscription signup for your website "sevices" in the terms and conditions small print that is long and convoluted deliberately to hide the fact you will charge 44 pound 3 times a month.

Scam Alert but a £2 item get scammed for £30 BEWARE . Item purchased never arrived. Should be investigated by fraud squad

Dirty horrible scammers

Dirty horrible scammers, robbed me of £120 before i noticed their withdrawals from my bank account. I have no recollection of subscribing to anything from them? I asked them when i supposedly signed up and checked my email account. NOTHING FROM THEM AT ALL!! please avoid anything from these criminals.
Replying to their response:
I never signed up to your service. I have no record of any interaction with you and certainly no confirmation emails etc.
I asked you when I signed up and was told 25/02/2025?
Strange when the first payment you unlawfully took from my account was on 04/02/2025?
04/02 £2.00 taken, 11/02 £49.00 taken, 25/02 £ 34.30 taken & 12/03 £34.30 taken!? ( some subscription costs those ? Especially for something i’ve never used!? )
I’ve reported you to the fraud squad and am awaiting news on their progress.

Total scam

Total scam. Bought something on FB for £2 then they've taken 2x £49 within 3 weeks. Fuming I fell for it. Avoid and beware of FB ads

As of 27/2/25 despite their response below and me contacting their customer support I still have not had any direct response to explain how and why my payments were fraudulently taken .
