Have flight credit for over 2 years now…
Have flight credit for over 2 years now and want to use it to book flights. If you find a flight in your credit range you can’t just book it you need to email webjet to book it for you but don’t get an answer for days/weeks which by then prices have increased dramatically so is out of your range and expected to pay more.
Absolutely appalling service, be wary if you need any changes made or even need to contact for a receipt
If all goes well, you might be ok with Webjet. But if you need any help or support, then good luck! Webjet has noone to answer queries, address urgent requests or even answer their phones. I've waited over 4 hours on a call, still no answer. Even getting a receipt for an additional payment made has been impossible (still don't have that receipt). And a trip that originally cost $2,100 in tickets has ended up costing us over $4,300 due to their terrible customer support because of which we had to forego a flight. Not hopeful CoverMore insurance is better

Can you give zero stars? Absolutely useless business. I've spent about 7hrs on hold across 4 calls (and still waiting!) trying to chase up a refund that was due 6 weeks ago. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Research then book direct. 0/10

First and the last.I would never use this service.I wonder why the Government don’t shut down this company???They are no difference than the scammers.First they lure you to some package deals. Then after you make your bookings,they sent you an email saying you need to pay another $400.on top using PayPal because the price has now gone up..I think we should take this matter serious and take it to court or something.Does anyone knows where they base in Nz??wanna pay them a visit…

Does not deserve 1 star! Bad company, Worse staff, Pathetic service! My step-dad passed away and regardless of the 3weeks I attempted to contact them through phone calls, messages via their website and app and emails. I have paid an extra 1500 because I had to purchase new airfares BECAUSE they refuse to help me CHANGE the airfare. Now that I have done that, I have to cancel & they try blame me saying I hung on them & they can't change or cancel!! WEBJET IS MUD!!
Where's the compassion? Nowhere cause they just want money, doesn't matter what my family and I are going through!!!

Only 1 star as wouldn't let me use Zero stars. Impossible to contact and useless when you do. 4 days after cancellations, after hours and hours on hold and waiting they finally rebooked our flights. Got to the airport and found they had rebooked mine but hadn't finished rebooking my son's so we couldn't fly. Hours later am still at the airport waiting for someone to ring me back.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER book anything through webjet. They are absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. I wish I'd read the other reivews before I booked via their website rather than direct with the airline. I will never ever use webjet again and will tell everyone I know about how they will just take your money and provide no service whatsoever.

The staff were friendly, but that was after 2 hours and 45 minutes of waiting. Am currently back on hold while they quote my flight price. The staff member said this would take 5-10 minutes. Currently 30 more minutes on hold

If I could give a lower rating than 1…
If I could give a lower rating than 1, then I would. Have been trying to use air credit for 4 months. Nothing! I have been on hold, once for 6 hours, promises that a manager would call me back. Never happened. Only ever get automated replies or a snarky online response about them being too busy when I try via their online messanger and via facebook.
Pre covid webjet was good... now ... don't even go there!

Absolutely appalling company. Surreal experience trying to get a refund of fares due to Covid cancellation by airline in the past. Had to deal with them as my "agent". Now trying to book new flights with credits and their systems are broken completely.
Very Poor Service once again
I have been on the phone with Webjet waiting for over an hour for my call to be answered to discuss using a credit they are holding for me. No answer, no replies. Looks like I will be writing to the Australian authorities again.
Never use webjet-
Never use webjet- Ponzi scheme to reap the vulnerable ones. Been emailing and calling them- all we get is auto replies- waited for hours and hours still no answer.
Our airline has refunded funds to webjet but these crooks are not responding to our email or answering call. All you get is free music over the phone- tosers

This is the worst experience ever, I waited 2.5 hours to talk to a live person then she couldnt change my booking and said I had to be transferred to the people who dealt with bookings and was on hold for another 2.5 hours then the phone got disconnected. This is horrendous and never again would i want to book using webjet. I want to get my refund back.

I felt trapped as a customer
Borderline scam of a business. They make it easy to research and book, but very difficult to get anything done after you've handed your money over. When the airline cancelled the homebound leg of my trip, Webjet never notified me and didn't properly pick up the changes made by the airline. I was on hold for a total of three hours across a couple of call attempts before I got through to customer support, who finally confirmed a refund minus initial booking fees. I have never felt so trapped, stressed and helpless as a customer of any business. I have since rebooked direct with the airline, at a higher price due to the delay in me discovering my cancellation.
I am never using them again and will passionately share negative word of mouth to whomever will listen. Whatever you do, book through the airline or an agent you can contact personally. Use Webjet as a research tool only.
