It was picked up but could not be replaced so the whole experience was painful.

Very poor service. I purchased a gas cooker for £649 on 3rd January. The payment for the product was taken. At the time of purchase I was told that it will take max a few days for the gas cooker to arrive. I had not received anything for weeks. I then chased the company and was told there will be a delay. There was no information given on how long the delay would be and there seemed to be an unapologetic attitude to the delay. I even asked if they will give any money off considering that they have made me wait over a month for a cooker that should have taken days to arrive. I did not receive any positive response to this. I again had to chase and chase the company for updates (even though they had been paid in full I would have expected the company to be regularly updating me). In the end I had to request a refund as the delay and the lack of responsiveness and customer service from the company led me to the conclusion that I did not trust the company. I thankfully did get my money back. I would strongly recommend that the company regularly updates its customers if there are delays and does not sell items on its website with them being delivered in a few days and then making a customer wait over a month. Anyone purchasing from this company I would like to warn them about my experience and that there is not much customer service available if the company delays delivering the product after you have paid.

The team came to measure, a choice of replacement offered. We ordered and all was delivered and fitted within a week at a competitive price.
All demonstrated how customer service should be. Such a refreshing difference from multi outlet large companies.

They certainly do not understand the distance selling act and think their terms and conditions override the consumer law. Even if a purchaser agrees to their terms and conditions the distance selling act overrides their own terms and conditions. A companies own terms and conditions can never override consumer law. The rest of the experience was good with customer services.
Easy to order, good price. Good communication regarding delivery from the sales team as soon as the prefer was ready.
Easy to reschedule the delivery. Unfortunately delivery was few hours late but nobody can account for accidents and traffic.
Looking at other reviews I ordered earlier than I needed in case of delay, but no need service was excellent.package delivered within any visible damage

They promptly answered one minor query I had, then dispatched it immediately. They arranged their own courier, SGK Distribution, who were also brilliant. We were a bit anxious because it was Friday the 13th, and we live nearly 100 miles away...but not a problem at all. The dryer was up and running in our utility room first thing on Monday morning. We couldn't be more pleased
