This is actually my second review for Webahead and that’s because I genuinely believe they deserve the praise! My first review highlighted the amazing service from the Account Manager, and now I want to show my appreciation for the incredible hard work and beautiful design from the website designer, Josh Holton.
Josh has been amazing from start to finish. My website not only looks stunning, but even after it went live, the support has been above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. I asked for a few more features to be added and needed some help navigating everything, and Josh has been so patient, helpful, and always quick to assist.
It’s clear how much passion and care he puts into his work, and I’m truly grateful for the effort he has taken to bring my ideas to life.
I can’t recommend Webahead enough, the service, the design, and the ongoing support are exceptional. Thank you again for everything!

I had Alisha helping me with my website from the beginning. She was so lovely and kept in contact. She was so helpful and although I gave her my photos and all the ideas for my website, she also gave her opinions which made this whole Process so much easier and gave me the best outcome. Stacey helped us set up our website and google account, she was very efficient and nothing was too much to ask. Website looks fabulous and with Stacey’s help and expertise it was such a easy set up (for us anyway as she put lots of hard work into it behind the scenes)

Website not value for money
Got a phone call quite a while back offering a free website design (yes I should have known better nothing is for free) being self employed I thought that I needed a website so went ahead. This is where it all went a bit Pete Tong a phone call for money for upgrades, domain name, email address etc.. etc.. After spending approx £1000 got a Website that if I wanted to add photos or make amendments I had to email them with my alterations etc which wasn't user friendly or easy so I have up. Every now and then I'd get a call stating my ranking on Google wasn't great so more money for them to do something? In the end I finally saw sense and told them to stop looking after my website as I found someone local to me to do it, They called me to say I had to pay them £150+vat to transfer my website over so I refused and told them where to go. The person I've found locally knocked up a new and better website for £140 in a day 🤔

I would not recommend this company at…
I would not recommend this company at all. I was sucked in to the sales pitch promising to handle the SEO for our online retail business website and promising miracles. I paid as much as you would for a whole website package and SEO (about £1500). The work done has not converted into sales despite the product range being very popular...
A year later eg September 2025 I received several letters telling me to renew for the same price again. I emailed them to say I was very unhappy and would not be renewing. I've received several calls and messages from two numbers, along with a text threatening that if I don't renew, all the 'work' done on the website will be removed at 12pm. Very aggressive and demanding
