My first port of call for sustainable purchases
I have been using Wearth for months now - I really love it. The website is super easy to use, I always get my orders in on time without issues, there's a variety of things to choose from and you know you're ordering straight from the suppliers.

Don’t use them! Really disappointed with the company…
Really disappointed with the company and customer experience after placing my first order (99243) with the company on 21st October. Big part of the items is zero waste and they have not arrived yet, it seems they haven’t even been dispatched yet. Some other items have not arrived yet either.
Items which arrived last week: I had an issue with a box of storage jars I ordered - one arrived shuttered to pieces. I requested a refund or replacement last Thursday; got a response from a customer service, in fact so far they have asked me 2 or 3 times which jar and how many of them are broken (even though I provided this information in the original request form) but haven’t resolved the situ. Will not shop with them again and only hope that the rest of my order will arrive eventually, hopefully before Christmas. Given that the most of items which haven’t arrived yet is food, I wish the company would cancel the order so that I could purchase them from my regular supplier (the whole foods) who delivers within 2-3 days, always on time and are quick to resolve any issues.

We are sorry that you were asked to confirm how many were jars broken when you had already informed us of this. I can see that my colleague is corresponding with the brand Fresh Thinking Co regarding this and they had asked for a photo of the damage (which is usually required) and he had informed them that you were unable to send one and he's waiting to hear back from them regarding the replacement. I have asked him to follow up with the brand again today. I have also contacted Pantry regarding your food items, we are so sorry to hear that you haven't received these. Simply Amazing
I started looking for somewhere to shop ethically when I moved to the UK 12 months ago and came across Wearth London and has been using them ever since. I have bought everything from toiletries to cleaning equipment to skin care products. My best find through here was Ksoni but there are a number of other that are just as amazing and I keep going back for majority of the things I need around the house.
I loved them so much I even invested when in them and bought a very little amount of stock because I see Wearth London being a big part of the UK in the next 10 years.

I'll never go back to my old brand!
Amazing site, fantastic product! I picked up the Brushd. replacement brush heads and I'll never go back to the original brand. These fit and work perfectly, in fact, the head is a smidge smaller which makes it easier for back teeth. They are so much less expensive and with a freepost mailback for recycling system, there is no downside.

Don’t bother
Placed order. Paid £2.75 postage. Was told goods had been despatched but they had not! Heard absolutely nothing for 2 weeks. Emailed to complain. No offer of refund of postage etc. Finally received goods after a very long wait. Poor service and no communication.

I can see that you placed your order on the evening of 25 August and that the items state '5-7 working days delivery time' on the product listing page under the 'Delivery Information & Packaging' dropdown - https://www.wearthlondon.com/cobalt-blue-glass-bottles
I can see that the brand dispatched your order on Saturday 28th August, 2 working days after you placed the order, which is a perfectly acceptable turnaround time for the brand.
There was a bank holiday on Monday, 30th August, so really the items should have reached you by Monday 6th September latest (7 working days), however I can see from the Royal Mail tracking information that the items were delivered on Friday 10th September (I have sent an email to you containing the tracking information).
We sincerely apologise for the delivery delay. I believe that the combination of the bank holiday and the fact that Royal Mail are still short staffed in some areas due to staff having to self isolate, may well have been responsible for this 4 day delay. I have included a credit voucher in my email as a token of apology for this delay.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Great quality items but poor delivery experience
The items on the website are absolutley incredible and such great quality they can't be faulted. I would love to give a 5* but unfortunately every time I have ordered there have been delivery issues where the item doesn't arrive and has to be resent which is a shame as it takes up a lot of my time chasing where the item is and organising redelivery. Otherwise fantastic!
