Wearnes Jewellers Omdömen

Very nicely laid out website, a great selection of a very special product and so easy to find what I wanted.

Despite a 'hic-up' with the credit card the service was prompt and friendly

😊 Pleasing service. Thank you.

As I’ve only just completed my order, I haven’t yet received the goods, so I can’t comment on the quality. I liked that it was easy to have the item delivered to a different address. However, I did find the purchasing process rather confusing. A Next Day, delivery was £4+, while the standard first class was £6+. Also, the default was something like ‘All things Cornish’, with ‘Jewellery’ being different. I was purchasing jewellery but left the default as it is. I’m not even sure what ‘All things Cornish’ is because I found the brooch via a Google search. Could be clearer.

Bought some jewellery for a gift, came quickly and well packaged with gift packaging included. The piece looks good an I'm sure will be gratefully received

Enquired about some items for delivery.
Some items were out of stock, but ordered and the whole package arrived safely the day after
thank you very much great customer service

Visited shop in Falmouth to purchase chain for my precious locket.
Friendly service and fantastic advice to help with finding a suitable one.
Fitted and offered to cut and fit a photo as locket is small.
Went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend to anyone living or like me, visiting.
Thank you so much for a very positive experience..

Service ok waiting for email confirmation of sale.

Excellent customer service and products were as described. Would definitely recommend.

Even better than I thought and delivered very quickly. What more could you expect!!

Order was out of stock. Refunded promptly and new order for something else placed very quickly and easy.

Thank you for my commission, it was everything I wanted and it looks amazing!! Thank you to the team for finding my dream watch too!!

Very Fast and efficient!!

Have ordered three times. Twice for my wife and once for my oldest daughter. Lovely pieces, great communication and excellent delivery over to us in Canada. Looking forward to actually visiting your store in person one day.

Ordered a beautiful Flora day gold harm on line, whole experience was excellent and charm delivered very promptly. Can't fault Wearnes Jewellers, have bought from them previously when in Cornwall, service excellent!

Great service and products

I ordered stud earrings for my wife's birthday after we had bought a Ruby in a Heart pendant and necklace from the Helson Jewellery shop whilst on holiday recently. That was for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The earrings arrived promptly, and well-packaged, and look perfect to me. When my wife sees them on her birthday I'll let you know what her thoughts are.

Great customer service and the product is second to none...

It's been 10 years. I needed tin. I needed something nice for the wife made of tin.
So I went looking for a small business in Cornwall to support, and Wearnes didn't let me down. I ordered a tin/silver heart necklace and a Cornish pasty charm (made from tin/silver, of course). Both are nicely made, came well packaged, and were delivered in exactly the timescale promised.
I'd buy from Wearnes again and will pop into the shop if we're nearby in the summer.

Amazing service, very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my ring. I would highly recommend. Thank you :)

Thanks for a fast and pleasant transaction. The item was not in stock on the website, quick couple of messages and I was able to place an order for it which was delivered when they said.
