Llevamos aproximadamente un mes trabajando con Walter y la experiencia hasta ahora está siendo muy positiva. Empezamos a utilizar sus servicios para facilitar la compra y gestión de ordenadores en los nuevos procesos de contratación, y nos han ayudado muchísimo a agilizar todo el proceso.
Destacamos especialmente la rapidez de respuesta, la facilidad en la gestión y el trato cercano del equipo. Todo ha sido muy ágil desde el primer día, tanto la preparación de equipos como el soporte y la coordinación.
Además, contar con una solución centralizada para los ordenadores y la protección de los equipos nos da mucha tranquilidad y nos permite centrarnos en otras áreas del negocio.
Por ahora, muy contentos con el servicio y con ganas de seguir trabajando con ellos.
