The Vocacio team have provided me with a fresh approach to finding my next role. John and the team really understand the need and the importance of getting to know each candidate. Having taken the time to fully understood my professional and personal situation, my motivations and most importantly my values, they then set about determining, very accurately, both the candidate and employer’s suitability. The relationships the Vocacio team builds with all stakeholders is one of their key strengths.

I have also been really impressed with the teams innovative approach to marketing candidates. The use of Video to send biographies, to publish conversation, answer particular questions, adds a depth and intimacy which again strengthens their recruitment process and separates them from other recruiters.

Once placed in my next role, the true test is would I use Vocacio to recruit for me. The answer is a resounding and definite yes.

John and Alex are really passionate of their work. They take so much initiative to contact me and keep me updated on my application. Makes me feeling I am not just another candidate to apply for the job. They give me tips prior interview, arrange a follow up call and provide me feedback afterwards. I had been looking for a new engineering role for some time, an understandably frustrating experience during a pandemic and U.K. lockdown, when I got a call from John about a new client role he was representing. He had done his homework and matched me to the role via LinkedIn which I thought very professional. John uses a new remote video interview system to initially ask the candidate questions about experience and suitability for the role which gets viewed by the end client as an introduction. Although initially sceptical, it has been a very positive experience and certainly helped me land the job on offer.
