Received a record that was faulty. The customer service was excellent, received a replacement very quickly and a prepaid returns label for the damaged item. Will definitely use this company again.

Fantastic experience
I received my first order yesterday and have been really impressed with the prices (including free postage on £50+ orders) and prompt delivery (pre order arrived on day of release). It was really well packaged too. I will happily order again in future.
