Invalid test and no responseâŠ
Received the test kit but it was an invalid test. Key to this was the lack of a âlineâ on the apparatus that collects the sample so impossible to know how much sample you require. Emailed them twice and no response just multiple requests for a survey. Waste of ÂŁ20 and the stress of doing a cancer test at home to then get no result.

Test was useless
Test was useless. I bought two, first one was an invalid result, second one was just about visible as negative then a few more minutes later was just about visible as positive. So Iâm no wiser and Iâm out of pocket. Complete waste of time and money.

Invalid results are most likely caused by an insufficient sample or incorrect procedural techniques.
Regarding the second kit, could you please advise how many minutes after taking the sample did you read the results cassette.
